Only Homey — until you choose to meet an expert. Then your assigned expert receives your file so you never repeat yourself. Developers see nothing about you until you decide to make an offer. We never sell contact details to brokers, developers, or anyone else.
Every use of your data has its own switch in your account's Privacy & consent section: analytics, SMS, email, and WhatsApp updates. Turn any of them off at any time. Deleting a chat hides it from your list; for full erasure of your data, email support@homeytalk.com and we'll do it.
